We would also suggest getting some good rest and a healthy food intake in preparation for the flu season or to help fight against the virus if you already have it. Lots of fruits, vegetables and nuts or grains will strengthen your immune system. Moreover and again it is only a suggestion but as a last resort you can go and get a Flu Shot from the doctors office. Along with a healthy lifestyle you should wash your hands with soap and water before and after eating. Also avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth whenever possible through out the day because you don’t know what germs could be on your hands. Keeping a sanitizer in your car or bag for daily use can also be a very big help because you can use it often through out the day. Moreover you can start to avoid crowds of people as flu season kicks in in your area.
